Hello, I would like to know when webhook can return its status after a refund.

Hi tige,

There is no fixed time, the first time will be very fast. If the site cannot respond to webhook notifications in a timely manner, PayPal will retry 25 times within 3 days. At the same time, PayPal will have a certain strategy to push results in a timely manner, and your site should also ensure that webhook notifications are responded to in a timely manner.
